Terms & Conditions of Baby Concierge Ltd

1/ Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from Baby Concierge

2/ Placing an Order
You can place your order by completing the details set out on your Baby Concierge order summary form and returning this to us together with a 50% deposit. We will send you confirmation of your order shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions.

3/ Delivery
We will liase with you on delivery of your order. We will make every effort to deliver your order as and when requested but cannot be liable for any failure or delay beyond our control. All deliveries must be signed for. You will be responsible for goods as soon as they are delivered. The goods must be checked and any complaint notified in writing within 3 days of delivery. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full. All goods are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty.

4/ Payment
50% of the purchase price for your goods is payable upon placing an order with Baby Concierge. The balance will be payable shortly before delivery.

5/ Returning Goods
No exchange or refund can be given once orders have been placed with our manufacturers. In the event of the pregnancy not going full term, Baby Concierge will refund any monies paid, provided, goods have not been delivered, except for the initial consultancy fee and any handling charge where applicable

6/ Cancellation
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be advised 24 hours in advance or a late fee will be charged at 50% of the £100 consultation price (100% for weekend bookings). All bookings will require debit or credit card details to secure the appointment. Please note, the cancellation fee above applies to all consultation bookings and vouchers will not be accepted as late fee payment.

The Baby Concierge Showroom on a disc / Personal Catalogue on a Disc is protected under copyright law with all rights reserved. Without limiting the rights under copyright reserved above, no part of this Showroom may be reproduced, copied, stored in or introduced into a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise) without the prior written permission of the copyright owner. Failure to comply with this condition may result in prosecution.
