Baby Concierge price matches John Lewis prices where a comparison exists, customers who find a difference in price with any good available at John Lewis should contact Baby Concierge and we will correct the difference. Otherwise Baby Concierge complies with supplier agreements regarding the use of recommended retail price.

Consultation Specific:

1. Cancellation: Cancellations or changes to appointments must be advised 24 hours in advance or a late fee will be charged at 50% of the £120 consultation price (100% for weekend bookings). All bookings will require debit or credit card details to secure the appointment. Please note, the cancellation fee above applies to all consultation bookings and vouchers will not be accepted as late fee payment.
2. Placing an Order: You can place your order by completing the details set out on your Baby Concierge order confirmation form and returning this to us together with a 50% deposit. We will send you confirmation of your order shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions.
3. Payment: 50% of the purchase price for your goods is payable upon placing an order with Baby Concierge. The balance will be payable shortly before delivery.
4. Delivery: We will liaise with you on delivery of your order. We will make every effort to deliver your order as and when requested but cannot be liable for any failure or delay beyond our control. All deliveries must be signed for. You will be responsible for goods as soon as they are delivered. The goods must be checked and any complaint notified in writing within 3 days of delivery. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full. All goods are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty.
5. Returning Goods: No exchange or refund can be given once orders have been placed with our manufacturers. In the event of the pregnancy not going full term, Baby Concierge will refund any monies paid, provided, goods have not been delivered, except for the initial consultancy fee and any handling charge where applicable

1. Return Policy: All goods purchased online have a cooling-off period of seven working days after the day the goods are received. Consumers must inform Baby Concierge by letter, fax or email of their decision to cancel before the cooling off period ends. Consumers' money should be reimbursed as soon as returned goods are received and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. Customers returning goods that are not faulty are required to pay any postage necessary to return unwanted goods. Goods must always be returned in original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
