STEP 1:
Tell us about yourself
Your consultation starts with a chat to find out a bit about you. Creating a baby list that is tailored to you means that we need to help you find the right products for your lifestyle, taste and budget.
All of our advice is impartial, and we make sure each individual customer gets the right product for them (not just the latest or most expensive item).
STEP 2:
We take you through the Baby Concierge Checklist
At the heart of the consultation, we will take you through our special baby checklist.
The baby checklist covers all of the items you are likely to need: prams, car seats, baby carriers, feeding equipment, nursery furniture, bedding, bathing and changing accessories and a whole lot more!

For each item on the checklist, we can take you through every product on the market or we can point you in the direction of the two or three likely to be best for your needs.
Our clients often thank us for helping them avoid unnecessary purchases, and we will give you advice on what you do not need as much as what you do.
STEP 3:
Together we create your personal baby list
Through this carefully designed consultation process, we help you narrow down your choices, and leave you with a shortlist of options.
A pictorial version of your personal baby list is then uploaded to a private page on our website for you to access in the comfort of your own home, where you can choose what you want to order and make any changes you wish to. There is no obligation to purchase during the consultation (although we do refund 50% of the consultation fee if you spend over £500 before your baby is born).
Should you wish to come back to the showroom to discuss anything further or look at any baby products in person, you are welcome any time. But if you are short on time, one trip should be enough to sort everything out. Even if you hear about or come across something you did not see in our shop, let us know and we will source it and add it to your order.
Delivery of items for the new baby
We can then take the strain to ensure everything you need to buy for your new baby is delivered and assembled with a minimum of fuss - and your concierge will deal with any and all problems before and after delivery.
If you order items on your baby list from Baby Concierge, we collect all of those items together for you and arrange for them to arrive in one delivery, at a time to suit you, which means:
- You don't have anything heavy to carry
- You don't have to wait in to sign for multiple deliveries
- The items will not take up space in your house until you are ready for them to arrive

Popular Questions
We don't know if it will be a boy or girl - does this matter?
Not at all, we can specify options for what you would like if you have a boy and what you would like if you have a girl. Then we can arrange two deliveries:
- One for items you need as soon as the baby arrives
- One for items that can wait until you know whether you have a boy or a girl
Do I need to have a consultation?
No (although you are missing the best part of our service) - you can visit the Baby Concierge Ladbroke Grove showroom (packed with all you need for your new baby) Mon-Fri 10am-5.30pm, although we do ask you make an appointment to ensure that our clients get the undivided attention of an expert baby concierge. For those further afield, we offer telephone consultations for just £50 (fully refundable against purchases of over £300) please contact us for more information. You can also browse our online shop.
Do you offer consultations in any other languages?
Yes, between our expert baby concierges we are able to offer consultations in a number of languages, contact us now to find out how we can help you.
When should we start thinking about baby shopping?
We recommend that you start considering what to purchase at least three months before your baby is due. Some people like to start looking earlier - and it gives them longer to make any choices. But we do not advise ordering from your list before your 20 week scan.
Which baby brands do you sell?
We couldn't be impartial if we didn't sell everything! We have relationships with all of the major baby brands as well as many more exclusive and unusual ones, so in addition to the mainstream products you can find a range of unique baby items that are not available on the high street. If we do not have the item you are looking for, we strive to find it for you and have sourced products from all over the world to meet clients specific requirements.
