In the course of a consultation we will narrow down your choices dramatically and leave you with a final list of options. A pictorial version of your provisional shopping list will then be uploaded to a private page on our website for you to access at home and make any amends you wish to. Should you wish to come back to the showroom to discuss anything further or to take another look at any products, you are welcome to come any time, but if you are short on time, one trip should be enough to sort everything out and all the liaising can then be done by phone and email.
Once the decisions are made, we agree a preferred week of delivery and will then be in touch closer to that week to arrange a convenient 2 hour delivery slot. For price information click here

Shop independently
So many people assume they can only use Baby Concierge if they want a full on one to one consultation.
That’s not the case, you can use us as you would a shop and come in any time during our general opening hours.
Perhaps you need a gift, perhaps you want to find some furniture or check out a pram or get some bits and bobs or just browse.
Please feel free to come by – we are as happy to help you out with a one off purchase as we are with a whole range of products.

If you are unable to visit the showroom, we are always happy to offer advice and help by phone or email.
We will shortly be able to offer a consultation service by phone and as per our regular consultation service, we will upload a
pictorial version of everything we’ve discussed to a private page on our website for you to access at home and make any amends
you wish to.
Set up a Gift List
This facility can be used in conjunction with, or independent of, the consultation service. Similar to a Wedding List, a Baby Gift
List will help ensure you get the presents you want and need, instead of unwanted, duplicate and unnecessary gifts. The gift list
operates in a number of ways: you can choose to purchase any items in advance and be credited when the items are bought for you as
'gifts' or you can wait until all gifts have been bought and receive delivery in one go.
