In addition to stocking all of the major baby brands, we also work with smaller family run businesses, and source some unique items which you will not find on the high street - so you can find unique baby products from all over the world in our London baby shop.
Every item we keep in stock has been carefully chosen following detailed research, feedback from many other mothers, and our own experience as parents. A trained Baby Concierge consultant will have all our favourite baby products on show for you to wheel, fold, push, prod, lift or just find out how they work.
If we do not have something in stock, we are confident that we will be able to track it down for you. We have good relationships with all of the major suppliers and we have also sourced harder to find items from abroad when customers have seen a baby product they like overseas.

Let us take the strain
When you purchase from Baby Concierge, there is no need to struggle back home with lots of bags and boxes - we will pack all the items you purchase from us, and arrange for them to arrive in one delivery at a time to suit you. We can even arrange for someone to help you assemble any furniture you purchase from us if you would like us to.
All we ask is that you make an appointment before coming to the showroom, as this ensures we can give each customer our full attention - and ensures that all of our customers enjoy privacy during their visit. But don't be put off by this, we do not have pushy sales staff, our trained concierge's sole objective is to help you find what you need and avoid the items you do not.

Where are your showrooms?
We have one in London W10, near Notting Hill and one in Islington N1, very near Angel. Both are 10 minutes from the West End by cab. Ladbroke Grove is very near Paddington by cab and a short walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station. Islington is very near Kings Cross and Euston, by cab, or a short walk from Angel tube station.
Which suppliers do you work with?
We have relationships with all the major baby goods suppliers as well as many more exclusive and unusual ones so that as well as all the mainstream products, you will find a selection of more unusual items that you will not see elsewhere on the high street. We are not limited in any way and where we do not have the item you are looking for, we strive to find it for you. We have sourced from all over the world, specific items that our clients may have seen while abroad and are constantly scouring the market for better and more interesting products.
Do I need a consultation to visit the showroom?

Can I buy from Baby Concierge after my baby is born?
You can buy from us anytime you like whether or not you have previously been for a consultation. Consultation clients will automatically be sent our guide to second and third stage products at the point that their baby is turning 3 months. If you have not used us previously, we are still happy to send this info to you on request. We will guide you through weaning, child proofing, potty training and travelling with your baby. We can also help out when it comes to junior furniture, children's beds and bedding and, of course, subsequent babies!
