Create a baby list of the items you require online
If you come for a consultation, we will be helping you create a list of items you need for your baby, and you can select items to appear on the baby gift list that you want to share with your friends and family.
Or you can create your own list in our online baby shop.
Step 2
Select a delivery date
If you are including essentials on your baby gift list, we recommend deliveries are made at least 1 week before your due date.
You can pay 20 to have all of your baby gifts delivered at the same time (this may be more convient for you as well as saving your family and friends paying for individual deliveries).
If you want to keep the baby gift list open after this, you can either pay another 20 for a subsequent delivery, or you can charge carriage to the gift purchaser. (Gifts can also be collected on an agreed date from our Showroom if preferred.)
Step 3
Inform friends and family about your baby gift list
When you create your baby gift list, you get a unique code that allows your family and friends to access your list. You can send this code to friends and family by post and email, or through a nunber of online tools including Facebook, Twitter, and Linked In.
Step 4
Review your list
Four weeks before the delivery date we will call you to discuss any unpurchased items. You may choose to purchase some essentials yourself to ensure that the item will be in stock and available when your gifts is delivered, but you can still leave them on your baby gift list and if a friend buys any of these items for you, then you will be refunded.
Step 5
Receive all your goods in one delivery
Rather than receiving multiple parcels as each item is purchased, we assemble all of the gifts and deliver them in one.

Our baby gift list service is the ideal way to ensure that your friends buy you things that you want or need. Your list is easy to share, and we can take orders over the telephone too. We can also arrange for all of the gifts to be transported to the location of the baby shower.

How will I know when a gift has been bought?
You will be able to see from your online list when items have been bought. You will also be sent a weekly report of all items purchased including the customer's name and address so that you have all the information you need to thank them!
How do I know if something on my list is a special order item?
Baby Concierge only holds limited stock and any items featured on your list that are 'non stock' items are only ordered at the point they are bought. You will be alerted to any such special order items once you have set up your list and will be given the opportunity to purchase these upfront, in which case, we would order them immediately to ensure they will be in stock in time for you. If someone subsequently purchases this item for you, any money paid by you will be refunded. If you only want the item in question if someone chooses to buy it for you, then, depending on the lead time of the item in question and the date on which it is purchased from your list and therefore ordered with the supplier, we can not guarantee to have this item in time for your consolidated delivery and an extra delivery charge may be incurred.
