Caroline Cosgrove
Caroline began her working life in media and PR and came up with the idea for Baby Concierge a personal baby shopping service while on maternity leave with her daughter. Whilst going through the baby shopping experience she discovered it was not the fun filled, exciting adventure she expected, but actually quite daunting and stressful partly due to the vast choice of products. It seemed obvious that a baby shopping service that helped you see your way through the baby products maze and make informed decisions was an essential requirement for parents to be today. Caroline has also drawn on this knowledge to write a best-selling baby book called What to Buy For Baby.
Lisa Brits
Lisa keeps everything together behind the scenes, because she heads up the back office team. Lisa has been with Baby Concierge since 2007, before which she used to be a manager of Daisy and Tom Nursery Department.
Christina Tyson
Christina has been a Baby Concierge Consultant since 2007. Christina leads the North West London twins and triplets club, and having twins herself, she started off being the main multiples consultant although she also has great advice for those expecting just the one child!
Sarahjane Stephens
Sarahjane has been a Consultant with Baby Concierge since 2008. although she is currently on maternity leave. When she is not talking prams and nappies Sarahjane is a professional opera singer in her spare time.
Jaimee Marshall
Jaimee joined Baby Concierge as a Consultant in summer 2009. Originally from New Zealand, together with Sarahjane she is also a professional opera singer, both can be spotted at Holland Park during the summer season and elsewhere throughout the year.
Fiona Aldridge
Fiona has been a consultant to Baby Concierge since Summer 2010, having previously been a consultant at a wedding list company. Fiona is a natural at demonstrating prams and swaddling weighted dolls!
Aleksandra Malikov
Aleksandra was a maternity nurse for ten years, and joined Baby Concierge as a part-time consultant in September 2010. She first came into contact with us in her maternity nurse role and has since come to know the company well and admire the service.
